    • What are anger and frustration, how do we recognize when we feel them? But also why we might be feeling these now.
    • Acknowledge different anger and frustration styles, expression and suppression.
    • Understand different ways we can control and manage our anger and frustration in the moment.
  • Managing Anxiety and Stress
    • What are Anxiety and Stress, and how can we notice when we’re feeling them? Why are we feeling the squeeze of these more now?
    • Acknowledge what is in our control and what is not. How do we deal with what is outside of our control?
    • What is self-care? And how can it help?
  • A Family, Parent and Caregiver Toolkit
    • Understand why we might be feeling the extra strain as a caregiver right now and how it may impact our well-being.
    • Discover the need for communication in understanding our loved ones needs, setting our boundaries and discussing our worries and expectations.
    • Learn the importance of moving from fixing, to supporting, our loved one.
