Peer School – Online Workshop
Everyone has mental health, and it’s an essential part of our overall well-being. But mental health is something that is still often misunderstood or not spoken about.
In this online workshop, you’ll focus on learning the basics of mental health: what it is, what can impact it, the difference between mental health and a mental health challenge, and what can support ours and others’ mental health.
Whether you’re hoping to gain a general understanding of mental health, or supporting someone else, this workshop will support you in being more knowledgeable, confident, and empathetic about mental health.
Understanding Mental Health will be held as a Zoom meeting with interactive discussions, breakout rooms, and skill-building.
This online workshop is part of our Peer School (launching 20th December 2021), which supports you in supporting others. So this workshop is open to anyone wanting to learn about mental health, or is supporting another person.
