Peer School – Navigating Boundaries In Supportive Relationships

Peer School – Online Workshop

Boundaries are essential in all relationships. But setting clear boundaries when helping others is integral to providing compassionate, trauma-informed, and empowering support.

In this workshop, you’ll develop foundational skills to set boundaries, understand personal accountability, and how boundaries show respect and trustworthiness. Navigating Boundaries In Supportive Relationships also discusses the consequences of not setting boundaries when supporting others.

Please note, this online workshop is different from Building Healthy Boundaries. While Building Health Boundaries focuses on setting boundaries for ourselves and to support our own mental health, Navigating Boundaries in Supportive Relationships focuses on setting boundaries with those that we’re supporting.

Navigating Boundaries in Supportive Relationships will be held as a Zoom meeting with interactive discussions, breakout rooms, and skill-building.

This online workshop is part of our Peer School (launching 20th December 2021), which supports you in supporting others. So this workshop is open to anyone wanting to develop clear boundaries in relationships, or is supporting another person.

As this is an online workshop, access to a phone or the internet is needed.
