Presented by special guest:
Chivonne Monaghan is an author, life coach, and retreat leader whose work centers on resilience, grief, and the human capacity to heal. Through her Grace, Space + Base framework, she helps others navigate loss with compassion, grounding, and community.
Grief can bring forward what feels missing—the people we’ve lost, the familiar places we can no longer return to, and sometimes even the versions of ourselves that feel out of reach. Whether the loss is recent or long-standing, grief can feel layered, complex, and at times overwhelming.
This interactive workshop offers a gentle and compassionate space to explore these experiences and discover a new way of relating to our grief. Through self-compassion, grounded presence, and authentic connection, participants are invited to reflect on their experiences, honour their emotions, and explore practices that can bring moments of relief and steadiness.
This heartfelt session combines guided reflection, gentle movement, and practical tools designed to help soften the “shoulds” that often accompany grief, create space for emotions without judgment, and connect with support systems that sustain us. Whether you are navigating a recent loss or carrying grief that has been present for some time, this workshop provides a safe and supportive environment to acknowledge what feels tender, embrace what remains, and find moments of peace, presence, and meaning along the grief journey.
