Information Sharing and Consent
The information you provide is collected for the purposes of service delivery, communicating class reminders, and class notifications. We will not contact you in any other way, unless indicated otherwise (i.e. email subscriber). Data will then be aggregated for reporting and statistical purposes. This information will not contain your personal information.

Canadian Mental Health Association – Kelowna (CMHA Kelowna) will be collecting and storing information from participants in our Discovery College courses in the following ways:
CMHA Kelowna will store information in a secured location of our website. Information stored on the website will be used to manage courses schedules, course attendance, to contact you about the courses you have registered in and/or if there are any changes in the course delivery. You will be contacted by email and/or phone unless you have indicated “no” to contacting you by email, phone or both.
CMHA Kelowna will also store information from the online registration in our secured internal database for the purpose of program planning, management, evaluation, and reporting for our Discovery College. Data will be aggregated for reporting purposes, which means the information will not contain personal information.

Your personal information belongs to you. When we refer to “personal information,” we mean any information about a specific, identifiable individual, including commonly available details as name, address, telephone number and email address.
